Faces of Resistance: Women in the Holocaust is an innovative traveling exhibition developed by Moreshet, part of the campus at Givat Haviv in Israel.
The exhibition, which was moderated by Milli Segal, is homage to strength and courage of women, and although it deals with the Holocaust, does not show what was done to women, but how the courageous women cope with extremely difficult circumstances.
The Exhibition consists of eight panels and is a testimony to the experience of 32 women, exploring the human aspects of women and their life in the ghetto, camps, woods and rescue operations while being constantly under threat of destruction. This exhibition is an outstanding contribution to the struggle against injustice and dedication to the dignity, courage and the size of women who are opposed to injustice and absurdity of war
The exhibition was organized with the support of the Austrian cultural forum.
